Marianne's flower fined jugs

owls!!!!!!

Yes I've been making owls again these have a little halloweeny feel. These are now on Ebay.......more to come. I love owls as you know , next week some little brown and white ones and some more white ones.

 Autumn is on it's way........wooo hooooooo. My very favourite Season x right from when I was a little girl trying to catch the falling leaves (a wish for everyone you caught ). So my mind has been turning too...... Pumpkins..........just  LOVE them...any shape any colour. I have lots of new minis ideas to make next week . little pumpkins with faces, mice, ooh don't forget black cats x, maybe the odd little witch,  maybe a little owl or crow!  So I had better go ! be back soon xxx

A little look at what I'm working on!!!!!

This is just one of the new miniatures I'm working on :) I love the colours and this is one of my favourite minis I've made recently. I will add more photos when I've finished the rest, later in the week :)

Down By The River

These are photos Anna took yesterday down on the River Weaver. I took a break from work, been miniature making mad over the last month or so . So went for some fresh air, the weather was just right, sunny but not too hot. Must do this again, I think because its on our door step we take this area for granted :(











Went for a walk yesterday afternoon down by the river. At the bottom of our close, in a valley , flows the River Weaver. For many years it was used to ship salt from the local area. We dont go down there enough really. Anyway Anna has a new camera and wanted to try it out. You can see the results below:) Acorns are everywhere and the damsons are ready to pick. The blackberries need a little more sun. You can see the old boat yards , some of the boats have seen better days , but it is still scenic. Also we have swans and lots of ducks as well ( we have a duck pond at the end of the close as well so the ducks are a bit spoilt for choice where to go !)

Look whats been growing!!!!!!!!!!

These are my latest miniature spooky creations !!!! Witchy plants......Witchium Spookius . They were fun to make ;) There are some more of these to come....just have to wait for them to grow!!!!!! david said to me the other day where do I get all of my ideas from ...well a vivid imagination helps :0 and I've certainly got one of those ! plus living in a little world of my own works too!!! Anyway back soon with more plants etc.......tell you one thing you really do end up with green fingers making these.. (vivid green fimo will do that...he...he..) xxx

Latest Little Dragon

Just a few photos of my latest dragon :) he's a little red/gold one curling himself around a miniature skull. Hope to post more photos later, I'm working on some teeny orange/yellow ones ,plus others :)

My Very First Dragons !

These are my first efforts at making tiny dragons ! I have being thinking about having a go and so here they are , not too bad :) I am going to work on some more next week, different colours and designs, as I really liked making these! They have teeny glass bead eyes, that small you have to pick them up with a needle or tweezers ( its a good idea to hold your breath as well !!! until they are in place) I'm going to try and make some free standing or sitting ones , just have to see how they turn out. The little purple dragon is for Anna and the sign is for me, the green teapot dragon is listed on my Ebay site. Anyway I hope you have a lovely weekend, I hope to post some new dragon photos later in the week :) Sorry about the underline I have tried everything but blogger keeps wanting to do it :( you can bet when I want it to it will decide not to do it !

Sunday 8th May

We took Anna to see Everton Ladies play Bristol Academy. It was a close match with it ending in a 0-0 draw (Everton did score but it was ruled off side:(...) Here is Anna with her favourite goalkeeper ( Anna is a defender but also plays in goal) .Rachel is a lovely lady always happy to speak to Anna (she even remembered her from the last match we were at) and sign photos and programs, Anna thinks the world of her and was over the moon with this photo. We will be going to more matches in the summer :) x (Anna hopes for more photos !)
